- The Center for Health Care Contracting, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is seeking Reference Laboratory Services for various Medical Treatment Facilities for U.S. Army, U. S. Navy, U. S. Air Force and U.S Coast Guard, thoughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and OCONUS locations, in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Period of Performance is from 1 April 2011 through 31 March 2012, with four 1 year options. A Non - Personal Service, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity firm fix priced contract is contemplated. This acquisition is full and open. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621511 and the small business size standard is $7.0 Million. The solicitation will be made available on the FedBizOps website at http://www.fedbizops.gov on or about 8 September 2010. Paper copies will not be available. You may download the solicitation and provide your proposal as allowed by the solicitation. Telephone and FAX requests for copies of the solicitation will not be honored. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to check this site frequently for any updates.
