- The United States Army Corps of Engineers Memphis District has a requirement for one (1) Lagun Vertical Knee Milling Machine, Model: Deluxe-3L or Equal. Government reserves the right to inspect the proposed equipment prior to award. Location and time of inspection shall be mutually agreed upon by the government and prospective vendor. Contractor shall deliver specified equipment and accessories to Ensley Engineer Yard, 2915 Riverport Road, Memphis, TN 38109 (FOB Destination) no later than September 30, 2010. The solicitation number is W912EQ-10-T-0078 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is a 100% Small Business Concern set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 333512 with a size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation will be available for download on or about September 8, 2010. All responsible sources submitting a quote shall be considered by the agency. Submit all questions pertaining to solicitation in writing to Contract Specialist, no phone calls will be accepted. Response to questions shall be posted online for all interested parties to review. Quotes may be submitted electronically or by facsimile. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offerors responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall submit a lump sum quote to include all associated equipment and freight costs. Response to this solicitation must be received via email or fax no later than Thursday, September 16, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT). Quotes shall be marked with solicitation number W912EQ-10-T-0078 addressed to Nanette P. Hill, Contract Specialist at email: Nanette.p.hill@usace.army.mil or via fax: (901) 544-3710. Vendors not registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award will not be eligible for award.
