- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to procure on a sole source basis, the following item from WV Communications, Inc. of 1176 Tourmaline Drive, Newbury Park, CA 91320: Quantity of one 70 to 1-3000 MHz Dual-Channel Upconverter, P/N WV-UCV-1-3000-70-1. WV Communications, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer. The item quoted must be the exact item specified above; substitutions are not acceptable. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 33420 with a size standard of 750 employees. This action shall be a firm fixed price purchase order utilizing Simplified Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The closing date is 12:00PM EST on 13 September 2010. The anticipated award date is 15 September 2010. All items are to be priced FOB-Destination, Virginia Beach, VA. THE GOVERNEMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED ON THIS NOTICE.
