The timber to be sold may be inspected by prospective purchasers through October 4, 2010, by appointment only. Arrangements for inspections should be made by contacting Mr. Rodger Voss, telephone (315) 772-3170. Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., October 7, 2010, by the Acquisition, Management and Disposal Section, Real Estate Office, Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, 803 Front Street, Norfolk, Virginia 23510-1096, and then and there publicly opened and announced. Forms for use in submitting bids may be obtained from Mr. Rodger Voss at Fort Drum or from the Acquisition, Management and Disposal Section, address shown above. Terms and conditions of sale, procedure for submitting bids, and a description of the timber are contained in the bid forms. This sale will be sold by Lump Sum or Weight Scale as noted.
