- This solicitation will contain one NSN: 1560-00-652-7617 for a Trailing Edge use on a KC-135. It will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The quantity is 49 each. FOB is Destination; Inspection/Acceptance is Origin; Delivery is 151 DARO. This requirement is coded 1G. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about SEPTEMBER 24, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. DIBBS is a web-based application that provides the capability to search for, view, and submit quotes/proposals on requests for proposals (RFPs) for items of supply included in the DLA Business System Modernization (BSM) program. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. "DRAWING PACKAGE CITED IS SUBJECT TO EXPORT-CONTROL REGULATIONS AND DISTRIBUTION IS LIMITED TO THOSE CONTRACTORS QUALIFIED THROUGH JCP CERTIFICATION. TO APPLY FOR CERTIFICATION, COMPLETE DD FORM 2345, "MILITARY CRITICAL TECHNICAL DATA AGREEMENT." FORM IS AVAILABLE AT THE WORLD WIDE WEB ADDRESSES HTTP://WWW.DLIS.DLA.MIL/JCP CONTRACTS WILL BE AWARDED ONLY TO THOSE CONTRACTORS WITH JCP CERTIFICATION ISSUED PRIOR TO AN AWARD." Rights Guards data restrictions apply. Prior to requesting the Rights Guards data, an Annual Certification for the use of Rights Guards Technical Data must be on file at the Defense Logistics Agency - Aviation, VAB, ATTN: Rights Guards Program, Richmond VA 23297-5604. An Annual Right Guards Destruction Certification must also be on file if your company has received Rights Guards Data and the time of destruction has passed.
