- Sole Source Synopsis USPFO of Colorado intends to award a contract to Law Enforcement Targets of MN. The award will be made for mechanical targets and posters to fit these targets. This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) 1 and FAR Part 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Law Enforcement Targets has unique capabilities and resources to meet this Colorado National Guard (CONG) requirement to meet mission execution and logistics requirements. These targets are also needed for the SFGs Marksmanship training on September 15, 2010. There are no other known sources that can provide the resources that are unique to this training requirement in the required timeframe. All interested sources must respond not later than 09 September 2010, 1000 hours MST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
