- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, USAR DOC-West, Seaside, CA, has a requirement for three Containerized Sleeping Units for dock mount temporary housing suitable for use in wet environments, includes furniture, etc., and for three Steel Frames, 3.5 X 8 X 20 to support containerized sleeping units; details for these items will be available in the solicitation. Solicitation Number W9124N-10-R-0121 will be available on or about 8 September 2010. Point of Contact for this solicitation is: Ms. Joyce Amador, 831-242-7012, E-mail joyce.amador@us.army.mil Proposals are due Wednesday, 15 September 2010 at 11:00 AM, PDST. This acquisition is a 100 percent set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332999 with a size standard of 500 employees. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Offerors shall provide three past performance information and references for same/similar requirement, include recent and relevant contracts, contract numbers, contract total amounts, names of points of contact, their phone numbers and other relevant information by the proposal due date and time. Offerors shall provide a completed copy of FAR 52.212-1 (Offeror Representation and CertificationCommercial Items), paragraphs (c) through (m) with their proposal; however, if an offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov only paragraph (b) is required to be provided with their proposal. Offerors shall provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN) with their proposal. Prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database (www.ccr.gov), prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
