- The U.S. Census Bureau, National Processing Center (NPC), Jeffersonville, Indiana is issuing this notice as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 51-S0-BC-10-01019 is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-43 dated 2-August-2010. Discription: CLIN0001: Two (2) Rustler UTV (vehicles) model 125 or equal (See FAR 11.104). Vehicles must satisfy the following requirements and capabilities. HOLLAND RUSTLER UTV (VEHICLE)MODEL 125 OR EQUAL WITH THE FOLLOWING FEATURES INCLUDED IN PRICE: 25 HP KAWASAKI ENGINE ALL WHEEL DRIVE HARD TYPE CAB INCLOSURE WITH HARD DOORS, NO SOFT TYPE MATERIAL CAB HEATER FAN DEFOGGER ALL TERRAIN TIRES LIGHT PACKAGE WITH HEADLIGHTS, TAIL LIGHTS, BRAKE LIGHTS, TURN SIGNALS HARD TOP MIRRORS INSIDE AND OUT TOP MOUNT STROBE LIGHT SOLID WINDSHIELD WITH WINDSHIELD WIPER CARGO (TOOL) BOX IN BED REAR HITCH FOR SQUARE TYPE RECEIVER REAR WARNING BUZZER FRONT TUBE BUMPER CLIN002: Delivery- Deliver, assembled and otherwise make ready for operation in all respects the equipment described as CLIN0001 at the Census NPC facility in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The following provisions and clauses apply to this RFQ. 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, 52.212, 1. Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Offeror representations and certifications-commercial items 52.212-3, Evaluations-commercial items, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and conditions-commercial items, 52-212.5 Contract terms and conditions required to implement statues or executive orders- commercial items, 52.217-5, evaluation of options. Vehicles must meet OSHA safety standards. Provide warranty informations.
