- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure on a sole source basis from Snap-On Industrial, 2801 80th Street, Kenosha, WI 53143-5656 the following: Part SPL071013, Wrench Pin Spanner, qty 28; Part AFS484B.15 Wrench Spanner Adjustable, qty 30; Part AFS484B.170, Wrench, Spanner Adjustable, qty 76; Part APS357B.171, Wrench, Spanner, qty 30; Part SPN120STHA, 3-1/2 Radius Single Tooth Spanner Wrench, qty 40; Part; TECH4ZD600, Electronic Tech Wrench, qty 17; Part QXD16A, Ratch Square Drive Torque Wrench Head, qty 17; Part QZD24B Ratch Square Drive Torque Wrench Head, qty 17; Part TECH3XD250, Tech Wrench with Lockout, qty 17. The tools must be identical to the description and quantities listed above, substitutes will not be considered. The North American Industry Classification System code is 332212, 500 employees. This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The order shall be firm fixed priced. FOB Destination, Dahlgren, VA shall apply. This announcement constitutes the only request for quotation; quotes are being requested and a written request for quotation will not be issued. The synopsis number is N00178-10-Q-4095 and is a Request for Quote. All responses should reference synopsis number N00178-10-Q-4095.
