- The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to change this procurement from sole source to competitive and provide a list of specifications: Portable computer system Aluminum Frame Less than 50 lbs 3 built-in 17 TFT displays All display must be at least 1280x1024 resolutions Shock-mounted drive bays Detachable keyboard Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400 2.66GHz processor 4 GB Memory 2 GB Ethernet ports 3.5 1 TB HDD “ 7200 RPM 3 Hot Swap SATA removable hard drive slots and enclosures DVD DVR+RW drive 8X/6X ATI FireGL V5600 PCIE 512MB 2 Port Dual Link DVI-I video card MS Windows XP Pro SP3 Operating Temp ”0 to 50 °C, Relative Humidity ”5-95% NC Shock ”15G, Vibration ”1.25G@10-100Hz Compliance ”CE, FCC Class B, CCC, UL The closing date will be extended to 10 September 2010. These items will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The closing date is 10:00 AM ET on 10 SEPTEMBER 2010. The anticipated award date is 17 SEPTEMBER 2010. All items are to be priced FOB-Destination, Dahlgren, VA. THE GOVERNEMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED ON THIS NOTICE.
