- The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract to procure Viking plugs with 6 ™ pigtail of enhanced THOF-500 Cable, Crimped & Potted for NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic located in Norfolk, Virginia.. This requirement will be total small business set-aside. The requested delivery date is within 60 days after date of contract award but offerors should cite their best delivery terms in their quotes. Quotes may be e-mailed to candace.reid@navy.mil or faxed to 757-443-1424, attention Candace Reid. The North American Industry Classification System code is 423610 (Electrical Apparatus and Equipment, Wiring Supplies, and Related Equipment Merchant Wholesalers). The solicitation will be posted on or around 8 September 2010. The solicitation number is N00189-10-T-0528 and the complete specifications are provided in the solicitation. Technical questions must be directed to Candace Reid in writing via e-mail at candace.reid@navy.mil. General questions may be asked via e-mail, telephone call (757-443-1347), or fax (757-443-1424). Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at the Navy Electronic Commerce Online and Federal Business Opportunities websites, as this office no longer issues hard-copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal.
