- RECOVERY - TAS #14/1613, PROJECT #R511 & R510. This Notice of Intent is provided for information purposes only. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) Region 5 located in Hadley, Massachusetts, is intending to negotiate a task order under an existing IDIQ with Burgess & Niple, Inc. from Virginia Beach, VA to provide construction administration for a new solar system installation at Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge in Virginia Beach, VA. The IDIQ award 501816D005 was previously competed and awarded for one year and four option years.
