- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-45. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333314 and the Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for following requirement as Brand Name or Equal: PR-810L ULTRA LOW-LEVEL PRICTCHARD PHOTOMETER NOTES to Offerors: Please include estimated delivery time in quotations. ALL EQUIPMENT WITHOUT EXCEPTION must be new and manufactures warranties are required for award. Basis of award will be lowest price technically acceptable, based on technical evaluation. Delivery time is a factor. Acceptance shall be at destination: Shipping shall be FOB Destination to US Army Aberdeen Test Centers facility Located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005.
