- M67854-10-Q-4857 - Notice of Sole Source Intent. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The United State Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA, Contracting department intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Lee Technologies, Inc. This solicitation is in support of the US Marine Corps. The award consist of 24/7 monitoring, specialized skills and management to oversee the HVAC, electrical, Chiller systems, fire suppression, power management, generator, mechanical, and video systems under one umbrella. This provides one stop support with 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) and one 800 phone number to call in an emergency. The Period of Performance for this requirement is six (6) months from date of award. The list of equipment to be covered under this award is attached. Lee Technologies, Inc. is the sole source proprietor of this type support and does not have a third-party reseller available to provide all aspects of the infrastructure. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 238220 with a size standard of $23.0 million. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide these requirements, then you must respond by demonstrating your firms technical capability to meet these requirements by 14 September 2010, 10:00 AM EST via e-mail to ISIContracts@usmc.mil.
