- NSN: 585501172999, PR 0027003583, Detector-Dewar, unit of issue is Each and is in accordance with Drawing 54490 5004385 Amend Number B DTD 94 Sep 21. Direct access to defense and federal specifications, standards, and related standardization documents is available on the Internet via http://assist.dapsmil or http://www.dodssp.daps.mil. Solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside, Firm Fixed One Time Buy, with Full and Open procedures. No commercial item determination is needed as this item is not commercial per SAP 02 September 2010. The quantity requested for this requisition is 66. Cost and pricing data is required as the requirements of FAR 32.5 have been met. Progress payments will not be included as this requisition has not met the requirements. FOB is Destination. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination. Quantity Variance is plus or minus 0%. The required delivery is 245 days ARO which is 25% less than the PLT. PR Line 0001 for a quantity of 66 EA will be delivered to New Cumberland, PA. This item is not a critical application item or a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP 02 September 2010. ABVS applies. NSN will not be evaluated for a new LTC package since there is not a consistent demand for this item. The synopsis will be issued on 07 September 2010. Solicitation will be issued 21 September 2010. Closing date will be 20 October 2010. Estimated award date is 12 November 2010. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
