- DESCRIPTION This is a Sources Sought Announcement only. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is performing market research to determine the interest of Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Small businesses that can provide upgrades, preventive and emergency maintenance and installation/support services to the following hardware and software: iSite Enterprise, iSite Radiology and iVault of PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) for the various Veteran Affairs Medical Centers within the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 21). This will be a one year contract, period of performance from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011. The contractor will provide certified personnel, equipment, materials and necessary upgrades to maintain the PACS hardware and software in accordance to the statement of work. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The NAICS code is 541519 and the size standard is $25.0 million. Interested firms fitting one or more of these Socio-economic categories should send their information by email to Leala.Jew@va.gov no later than 4:00 PM Pacific Time, Sep 13, 2010. Information should include: Name of Company, POC name, phone numbers, email address, CCR/DUNS number, and indicate status i.e. SDVOSB, VOSB, and/or Small Business.
