- Notice of Intent to Sole Source National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC) intends to award a sole source contract for psychological assessment software to PAR, Inc. Product Description: The Neurocognitive Assessment Branch of the Proponency for Rehabilitation and Reintegration Office of the Surgeon General intends to procure psychological assessment software CD-ROMs. The software being procured is Category Test: Computer Version Research Edition CD-ROMs, Victoria Symptom Validation Test CD-ROMs, and PAI Software Portfolio CD-ROMs. This software works with 52 computer programs designed to assist cognitive deficits. It is used to conduct special neurological tests of soldiers who suffer brain injuries. It is required to conduct data analysis for, and tracking of, Comprehensive Transition Plan criteria.
