- Statement of Work The solicitation number is FA9301-10-M-B013. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Non-Personal Service prepared IAW the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-45 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20100827. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is J078. NAICS is 811490 and the size standard is $7,000,000.00. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The Air Force Flight Test Center, Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is soliciting to acquire a Non-Personal Service, Fitness Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services: ** Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) ** Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the services described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote including delivery schedule with FOB destination (Edwards AFB, CA 93524). Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis.
