- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Smithville roof replacement RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PUPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER AN EXISTING SINGLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (SATOC). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Task Order under contract W912DQ-09-D-1017 using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds. SSATOC was originally competed under solicitation number W912DQ-09-R-1020 and awarded to Win/All Pro (CAGE: 3SFH3) for the Kansas City District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, within the District area. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Contractor shall perform a roof replacement for Smithville Lake Administrative/Visitor Center. This task order shall be in the amount of $111,933.31.
