- This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 541690, Size Standard $7.0 Mil. Solicitation/ Purchase Request number F2K0AG0224A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 effective 02 August 2010. The Government intends to award on contract line item number: Description: 900 Systmes Tester CLIN 0001-AA: CLIN 0001: 900AST Advanced Systems Tester QUANTITY: 2 CLIN 0002: 1105 Advanced Systems Tester 900AST TDR Test Lead QUANTITY: 2 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 11 Oct 2010 FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION. The following provisions apply to this procurement: Per FAR 52.232-18, Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Government's obligation under this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from fallout funding. No legal liability on the part of the Government for payment of any money shall arise unless, and until, funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this procurement and award has been made by the Contracting Officer.
