- Past Performance Survey (7 Sep 10) Performance Work Statement (31 Aug 10) IAW 52.232-18, Availability of Funds; Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4625-10-Q-0066. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(b). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561621. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is $12.5 Million. General Wage Decision # 05-2307 Revision 10 dated 6/22/2010 applies to this acquisition and can be found at http://www.wdol.gov/. All offers are to remain valid for a period of 120 days. Basis for Award; The Government will award a contract from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Past Performance is a factor; See attached Past Performance Survey dated 7 Sep 2010. Paper copies of the Request for Quotation shall not be made available. This requirement is for Alarm and Camera Maintenance Services for Whiteman Air Force Base in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of performance will be six months (Estimated 1 October 2010 - 31 March 2011) plus one six-month Option Period (Estimated 1 Apr 2011 - 30 Sep 2011).
