- New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care Systems (NMVAHCS) Albuquerque, New Mexico, in accordance with FAR Part 12 "Acquisition of Commercial Items" and FAR part 15, "Contracting by Negotiation" and under the authority of Title 38 U.S.C. Section 8153, anticipates soliciting for an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) to be located in Alamogordo, New Mexico. The successful contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, facilities (including Lab and X-ray), supplies, emergency-fill pharmaceutical prescriptions, and administrative functions to fulfill the level of care and range of services necessary to meet the primary medical needs of enrolled/assigned patients. The awarded contractor shall be responsible for the administration and management of all aspects of this agreement including responsibility for all employees, agents, subcontractors and any other entity acting for or on behalf of the contractor. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this solicitation is 621498 The estimated term of the contract is on or about December 1, 2010 through November 30, 2011, with four one-year options. Solicitations are estimated to be available on or about September4, 2010. Receipt of Offers will be on or about October 7, 2010. The date is not firm and may change due to events out of our control. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice.
