- Terms and conditions for Non-Commercial items BNL-QA-101 2 each Attocube P/N ANPx101eXTsq12/NUM/HV (or equivelant) x-positioner made from Titanium, for precise closed loop positioning for high vacuum conditions with integrated optoelectronic encoder 12 mm travel range, quadratic footprint. 2 each Customization of above. Tuning for maximum load of 500g 1 each Adapter plate: L Holder 1 each Attocube P/N ANR200/RES/HV- Rotator (or equivelant) made from Titanium and CuBe with 1" aperture in the center. Ultra low wobble: 0.1 mrad Motion: 360 degrees endless in both directions for high vacuum conditions with integrated resistive encoder. 1 each Attocube P/N ANGt101/NUM/HV goniometer (or equivelant) made from titanium for precise tilting of samples for high vacuum conditions with integrated optoelectronic encoder. 1 each Attocube P/N ANC350/6/NUM Piezo Motion Controller (or equivelant) for closed loop control of up to six (6) Attocube positioners with/ NUM encoders. 1 each Attocube P/N ANC 350 Ethernet interface (or equivelant) 1 each Nanopositioner Toolbox Vacuum additional accessories (Titanium screws, cabeling, pin connectors etc.) Specified for use under vacuum conditions.
