- The following questions were received and answers are provided below. The due date for quotes is extend to September 17, 2010. No additional questions will be accepted and this synopsis will not be extended further. Q: Is there a previous contract for this equipment? A: Yes Q: Who is the vendor currently servicing the equipment? A: Computer Specialists Inc. Q: What was the cost of the last year's contract and is this the same equipment as last year's contract? A: The total award of last year’s contract was $16,065.60. No. Several old controllers and printers have been removed, and one printer (IBM 6226) has been added. Q: Is the contract available for viewing? A: Please see response above. Q: Is there a service history available? A: We keep no log. The vendor may have one Q: Is all the equipment up and running? A: No. The IBM 6262 printer is pending installation which is expected prior to the October 1, 2010 performance date.
