- Description
- The US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) in Shepherdstown, WV intends to sole source award to NGS Image Sales for Unlimited below-the-line usage of Joel Sartore's high resolution Bull Trout images. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. NGS Image Sales owns the rights for the requested images. Justification documentation is attached.
