- This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source procurement to Denali Borough to provide solid waste disposal for Clear Air Force Station Alaska. The requirement consists of solid waste and ash disposal at Denali Borough landfill. This purchase will be completed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than full and open competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 01 Oct 10. This notice is not a request for offerors. A determination not to compete this procurement, based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
