THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: Contract Number: W912EK-09-D-0005, Contractor Name: Bergmann/Hanson/HDR JV A/E Multi-Discipline This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is a task/delivery order where an exception to fair opportunity requirements was approved as this is a follow-on order to a competitive initial order (FAR 8.405-6(b)(2) or 16.505(b)(2)(iii). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, has awarded a firm fixed price task order for Preparation of Plans and Specifications for State Roads D5 at Lake Wappapello, Wayne County, Missouri. The A-E shall provide all necessary engineering services to prepare the final designs, plans and specifications and material quantities and budgetary cost estimates for the state road relocation in accordance with the Wappapello Lake Project Relocation Design Memorandum, State Highways and County Roads, dated April 1996.
