- Buyaccessible Government Product (GPAT) Form Excel Buyaccessible Government Product (GPAT) Form pdf Attachment A Instructions to Offerors RFQ-OIT-10-0044 The Bureau of Public Debt's Office of Information Technology (OIT) has a requirement for software products for DASD Volume reorganization tool, utility programs for z/OS magnetic tape, and a data migration facility tools. Interested Offerors are to submit a quote in accordance with the attached solicitation and attachments. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions.
