- The Supply Directorate, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, NC 28533 hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Honeywell (US) 111 S. 34th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034, (Cage Code:99193) under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The requirement is for modification kits 95-3 to 95-10, PN 3617687-1. Honeywell is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of these modification kits and maintains all proprietary data rights and drawings. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and unique capabilities to respond to this requirement or submit their quote. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
