The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) Richmond, VA intends to issue an award to Smith's Detection for a sole-source requirement to provide for the annual maintenance service for one Hi-Scan X-Ray Machine located at the Defense Supply Center Richmond (Richmond, VA). This requirement will utilize Smith's Detection proprietary software and hardware that only the manufacturer is capable of upgrading.
