- This is a service contract for janitorial services at Lake O the Pines Project Office for the period of 01 October 2010 thru 30 September 2011. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, required to perform the specified services. The Contractor will ensure that all work is accomplished in accordance with the contract. The Contractor or his authorized representative will be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
