- This solicitation will contain one NSN: 5342-00-342-7155 for a Hinge, Rudder use on an C-135. It will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The quantity is 293 each. FOB is Destination; Inspection/Acceptance is Origin; Delivery is 171 DARO. This requirement is coded 1G. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about SEPTEMBER 22, 2010. "DRAWING PACKAGE CITED IS SUBJECT TO EXPORT-CONTROL REGULATIONS AND DISTRIBUTION IS LIMITED TO THOSE CONTRACTORS QUALIFIED THROUGH JCP CERTIFICATION. TO APPLY FOR CERTIFICATION, COMPLETE DD FORM 2345, "MILITARY CRITICAL TECHNICAL DATA AGREEMENT." FORM IS AVAILABLE AT THE WORLD WIDE WEB ADDRESSES HTTP://WWW.DLIS.DLA.MIL/JCP OR BY WRITING TO: UNITED STATES/CANADA JOINT CERTIFICATION OFFICE DEFENSE LOGISTICS INFORMATION SERVICE FEDERAL CENTER 74 WASHINGTON AVE, NORTH BATTLE CREEK, MI 49017-3084 CONTRACTS WILL BE AWARDED ONLY TO THOSE CONTRACTORS WITH JCP CERTIFICATION ISSUED PRIOR TO AN AWARD." Rights Guards data restrictions apply.
