- Sketch drawing of Gazebo, dtd 7 Sep 2010. AMENDMENT 1, DTD 7 SEP 2010. The purpose of this amendment is to clarify questions, extend the quote date, and set up a site visit on Solicitation #: FA4800-10-Q-PD03. Pre-fabricated Gazebo's. 1. Questions/Answers a. What kind of roofing material? Asphalt shingles, 3 tap, composed of glass felt or felts impregnated and coated on both sides with asphalt, and surfaced on the weather side with mineral granutes. Shingles to be applied with a head lap of not less than 2 inches. Color to match Autumn Brown. b. What is the stain number and manufacturer? Clear natural wood stain. c. Do you want screens? No d. Do the Gazebo's have railings and if so, what type? Yes, match rail and pickets as shown in attachment. e. Oval or rectangle? Octagon f. Will benches be required around the Gazebo's? No 2. Response date for quotes has changed from 3 Sep 2010 to 9 Sep 2010 NLT 6:00 PM EST. 3. A site visit is scheduled for 10 Sep 2010 at 930 AM. We will meet at 633D Contracting Squadron, 74 Nealy Ave. LAFB, VA. (across from the dental clinic) We will then proceed to the Gazebo site on base. The site visit is not mandatory. NOTE: See Gazebo attachment dated 7 Sep 2010.
