- The Regional Contracting Office, MCRD, Parris Island, SC intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed price contract with Neptune Garment Company, 242 E. Berkley St., Boston, MA 02118-2208(cage code 0NJB7)for the following item: Item CLINE 0001: Marine Blue Overcoats, three hundred thirty five (335)each. The estimated award amount for this contract is $86,500.00. The North American industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 31522 (the small business size standard is 500 employees). This requirement is for a Marine Blue Wool Overcoat. The Marine Blue Wool Overcoat is a protective garment that will be worn by recruiting personnel in inclement weather environments. All offerors must be certified to produce the Marine Blue Overcoat in accordance to MIL-0-82250D (NU) and all modifications to MIL-0-82250D(NU). Delivery is requested 60 days after receipt of award. Shipping will be to multiple location throughout the Marine Corps Recruiting Command. FOB Destination pricing is preferred. The sole source procurement is pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. In addition with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
