- Contractor Responsibility Wage Determination Statement of Work Standard Form 1149 Solicitation The contractor shall inspect, clean, and maintain hoods and ducts systems in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 96 and applicable local, state, and federal rules and procedures. Work to be accomplished includes the following major items: Cleaning of exhaust ducts, hoods, exhaust fans, immediate exterior roof/wall surface areas, and other related components as determined by the inspector.
