- The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 6) is seeking potential sources who would be interested in providing delivery services for government-owned durable medical equipment for eligible beneficiaries in the VISN 6 area, which includes, three (3) states; North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia and the following eight medical facilities: Asheville, North Carolina; Beckley, West Virginia; Durham, North Carolina; Fayetteville, North Carolina; Hampton, Virginia; Richmond, Virginia; Salisbury, North Carolina; and Salem, Virginia. Required services include storage, delivery, set-up, adjustment, patient/caregiver education and recovery of equipment. This notice serves as a market research tool to identify potential contractors to provide delivery services under the established NAICS Code 621620 Home Health Care Services. Contractors shall have applicable expertise in government acquisition and program management disciplines. This notice is for the purpose of identifying potential sources and does not commit the Government to make an award and/or issue a solicitation. If your company is interested and qualified, please provide the following information: Name and address of company; capability statement; business size; identify whether or not firm falls within any of the socioeconomic categories; and any other pertinent information. Please limit submission to five (5) pages.
