- The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to Corporate Executive Board located at 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue., Washington DC 20006 for the annual renewal membership for CIO Executive Board with unlimited restricted access for all DEA employees to a website for research/networking/decision support tools. The period of performance is September 30, 2010 - September 29, 2011. The proposed purchase order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Corporate Executive Board under authority U.S.C253(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1. The NAICS code is 541618. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed-price purchase order. Responses must be submitted electronically to John.C.Girard@usdoj.gov. Closing date is September 13, 2010 at 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
