- PR NO: 0026187453. Proposed Synopsis for NSN 6150-01-413-1847 for a quantity of (65 ea), CABLE ASSEMBLY, POWER ELECTRICAL. A solicitation will be issued for a Firm Fixed Price.. Quantity variance is zero. The total quantity is 65 each. Solicitation will be issued as SERVICE-Disabled Veteran -Own Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside. Only offers from SDVOSB concerns will be considered. This solicitation is IAW Basic Drawings NR 19207 12460098 dated 30 July 1996. Export Control Applies. The Weapon System Description code is Truck,Vehicle System, 1 ¼ ton (HMMWV)/80A. Item is not commercial off the Shelf. Delivery is estimated at (113) days or best available. FOB: Destination / Inspection & Acceptance: Destination. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Technical Data Package is available at DLA Aviation. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bulletin Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue dated cited in the RFP.
