- Past Performance Rating Sheet Pricing Table RFP 323998 SF 1449 Lauguage Training The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Language Services Section (LSS), Language Training and Certification Unit (LTCU), intends to issue multiple award Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for Foreign Language/Interpretation/Translation training services. This is a combined synopsis for commercial items soliciation prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is RFP 323998, and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2005-43. This solicitation is partial small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 6311630. Size Standard: $7.0 M. Quotations are being solicited and a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). Should offerors have any question(s) and/or clarifications(s) pertaining to the this RFP, he/she must submit them via email cynthia.wills@ic.fbi.gov or fax (202) 324-5993 to the Contracting Officer, Cynthia W. Wills, no later than September 9, 2010 1:00 p.m. EST. Questions/clarifications submitted after September 09, 2010 may not be accepted. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their proposal via email to cynthia.wills@ic.fbi.gov. All proposal must be received by September 13, 2010 at 2:00 pm EST to be considered for award.
