- AG-7B31-N-10-0001 The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Southern Regional Research Center (SRRC) intends to issue and award to the PreClinOmics, Inc., Indianapolis, Indiana on a sole source basis. Award will be made pursuant to 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1)--Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Requirement and Unique Qualifications: SRRC does not conduct animal research and must contract services to acquire data that will be critical for SRRC's obesity and diabetes research. The PreClinOmics Inc. will conduct animal study by using a diet containing soy glyceollins and glycinol. The study will help determine whether soy glyceollins and glycinol lower glucose and cholesterol levels. The PreClinOmics Inc. results shall be delivered to the USDA, ARS, SRRC, New Orleans, Louisiana. Responses are to be received within 5 days (12:01 pm CST, Sept 14, 2010) of this notice. The NAICS Code/Size is 541712. This procurement will be processed pursuant to FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. No solicitation will be issued.
