Description
This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z0450201AV05. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-44, effective 21 July 2010, DCN 20100820, and AFAC 2010-0402. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 711130. This is a total small business set-aside. The business size standard is $7.0. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is H377. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7929. Travis AFB has a requirement for a Protestant gospel worship service musician: CLIN 0001: Protestant gospel worship service musician. Period of performance from 1 October 2010- 30 September 2011. (base year) - Quote should include pricing for base year plus four option years. Quote must be valid through 30 September 2010 - The option years are as follows: o Year 1- Oct 01 2011 - Sep 30 2012 o Year 2- Oct 01 2012 - Sep 30 2013 o Year 3- Oct 01 2013 - Sep 30 2014 o Year 4- Oct 01 2014 - Sep 30 2015 First year plus four option years required. Please send quote to reflect each individual years pricing. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: FAR 52.212-2 (i) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement (Technical capability is meeting the requirements listed in the attached Statement of Work section 3 a through d, and the members ability to perform during the audition), (ii) price FOB transportation to Travis AFB, CA 94535, is to be included in the quote. This award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions/clauses apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds - Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. A audition will be scheduled for 10 September 2010 at 0900. If you plan on attending you will need to email me by close of business 09 August 2010 letting me know you wish to attend. While attendance to this audition is not mandatory, attendance is highly encouranged, as we will be using this audition to determine your ability to preform the requirement. We will be meeting in the parking lot adjacent to the Travis AFB Pass and Registration Center at 0845 to gather and take accountability, the van will be leaving the visitor center at 0900 to proceed to the site. You will not need to obtain a base pass because transportation will be provided by 60 CONS. As a failsafe measure you should bring your vehicle registration, proof of insurance in case you have to bring your vehicle on base. Please bring something to write with so you can write down any questions you may have for the customer. You are required to submit all of your questions in writing within 3 days of site visit and all of the answers will be posted on FedBizOpps. This is to ensure a fair solicitation process to all potential contractors.
