- Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as request for proposal No. HC1019-10-R-2009. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source, Tekelec. See numbered note 22. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closing date, 13 Sep 10, will be considered by the government. The North American Industry Classification System is 541511, $25,000,000.00. Contract Line Item 0001, Eagle STP TekelecCare Premium, 1 Lot, in accordance with PWS, paragraph 6.1. POP: Date of contract award - 31 May 11. Contract Line Item 0002, Migrate Two UK IMFs and STC Cards from UK to Hawaii, 1 Lot, in accordance with PWS, paragraph 6.4. Delivery Date: See PWS, paragraph 11. Contract Line Item 0003, De-Install UK STP Tekelec Pair, 1 Lot, in accordance with PWS, paragraph 6.3. Delivery Date: See PWS, paragraph 11. Contract Line Item 0004, Reconfigure Tekelec IAS SS7 System, 1 Lot, in accordance with PWS, paragraph 6.8. Delivery Date: See PWS, paragraph 11. Contract Line Item 0005, NSP Hard Drives for IAS 7.x Upgrade, 1 Lot, in accordance with PWS, paragraph 6.5. Delivery Date: See PWS, paragraph 11. Contract Line Item 0006, ANSI ISUP Precedence Support, 1 Lot, in accordance with PWS, paragraph 6.6. Delivery Date: See PWS, paragraph 11. Contract Line Item 0007, Tekelec IAS Training, 1 Lot, in accordance with PWS, paragraph 6.7. Delivery Date: See PWS, paragraph 11. Contract Line Item 0008, IAS Tekelec Care Premium Extension, 1 Lot, in accordance with PWS, paragraph 6.2. POP: Date of contract award - 31 Aug 11. POP for the contract is: One year from date of contract award except for CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0008. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the low, responsible, responsive offeror.
