- Description
- Description - The following is a brief description of the work requirements for this contract: This contract requires the awardee to provide various construction disciplines to complete roofing repair and replacement projects as needed on real property at USAFA, Farish Recreation Area, and Bull's Eye Auxiliary Airfield over the life of the contract. During the contract period, the 10th Civil Engineering Squadron will identify construction projects, and the contracting officer will issue individual task orders for each project to the awardee. The task orders may be for minimal design or build only. The task orders will include multi-discipline construction trades, including but not limited to, roofing, carpentry, interior and exterior electrical, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete masonry, and welding. Set-aside Status - This was set-aside as 100 percent 8(a) competitive for contractors located in Small Business Administration Region VIII.
