- RFQ FA5209-10-T-0303 Attachment 2 List of References for Past Performance Information RFQ FA5209-10-T-0303 Attachment 1 SOW RFQ FA5209-10-T-0303 The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary for a CCTV System, SATCOM Site, Bldg 771, Camp Zama in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW) and with commercial practice and local standards. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. Offerors are required to attend a pre-proposal conference and site visit. A pre-proposal conference and site visit are scheduled at Bldg 771, Camp Zama, Japan on 8 Sep at 1000 hours for the purpose of answering questions regarding this solicitation.
