- Industry Conference Posting The Government will host an Industry Conference for interested contractors in support of the E-2C Weapon System Trainer (WST) and Simulated Maintenance Trainer (SMT) Concurrency Contract (TC2) requirement at Naval Station (NS) Norfolk, VA. The purpose of the Industry Conference is to provide a requirements briefing and allow the interested contractors to visit the WST and SMT. See attached document for additional information.
