- Request for Quote on three 80 Class National Stock Numbers GSA, FAS intends to establish a " not to exceed " one year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for National Stock Numbers (NSNs) 8040-00-180-6312, 8040-00-936-9944 and 8040-00-691-1322. The SPQ period will be 9/8/2010 (or date of award) to 9/7/2011 (or one year from the start date). All offers for this SPQ are to be FOB origin with a requested 30-day delivery. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award will be based on price and deliver.
