Description

PCMIA Cards Award Notice and J&A The 1 st Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Hurlburt Field FL intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Data Device Corporation, for Line Item 0001: BU-65570M1 PCMIA Cards; 0002: Shipping.. This award is restricted to Data Device Corporation and is under North American Industry Classification System Code 334418 with a small business size standard of 500. This sole source action is being accomplished under the authority of FAR 13.501 The government believes that BU-65570M1 PCMIA Cards are patented and proprietary commercial products that can only be acquired through Data Device Corporation. This notice is NOT a request for quote. However, interested companies shall submit to the contracting officer a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 10 pages in length, single spaced, and 12 point font minimum) demonstrating ability to perform the requested services at or before 3:00 PM (central), 06 September 2010. Any information received will only be considered for the purpose of conducting a future competitive procurement. The contract award number is FA4417-10-P-0137 in the amount of $42,894.00.
