- F10SOL10060 - SI Services Clauses F10SOL10060 - Request for Proposals Attached is a copy of Smithsonian Institution SOLICITATION F10SOL10060 for Architect-Engineering (A-E) Services related to the complete building envelope assessment of the roof, facade, skylights and curtain walls at assorted Smithsonian Institution Buildings. If you would, please review all of the attached documents in full (Standard Form-33 and its subsequent attachment) and, upon completion, return two (2) copies (1 properly marked “ORIGINAL” and 1 marked “COPY”) of the required submittal “VOLUME I: COST PROPOSAL” and six (6) copies (1 properly marked “ORIGINAL” and 5 marked “COPY”) of the required submittal “VOLUME II: TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” to the attention of the listed Specialist either by courier, or delivery service NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 24, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. local Washington, D.C. time.
