- This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source award for commercial items. The Florida National Guard intends to award a contract to Zephyr International LLC, 5015 Enoch Road, Conway, South Carolina 29526, for the purchase of 2 each ZGS-10000-5 Hydraulic Rescue Hoist Ground Support Equipment with onboard magnetic inspection system (MagSens) for uses on a HH-60M and a LUH / UH-72 aircraft. Pricing must include at a minimum 1 day of installation and training on equipment, and all freight charges to Jacksonville, FL 32221. Equipment must come with a minimum of 1 year warranty. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated equipment is invited to submit a written notification to USPFO for Florida no later than September 10, 2010 at 2:00 PM EDT. Submit offers in response to this synopsis/solicitation to jeff.moore1@us.army.mil No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, USPFO for Florida will proceed with the sole source award.
