- **THE FINAL SOLICITATION HAS NOW BEEN POSTED. THE DUE DATE IS STILL 2 SEPTEMBER 2010.** THE SOLICITATION POSTED AT THIS TIME IS A DRAFT SOLICITATION. THIS GIVES PERSPECTIVE VENDORS THE OPPORTUNITY TO START WORKING ON THE QUOTES THAT WILL BE DUE 02 SEPTEMBER 2010. THE FINAL SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE AT A LATER DATE. DUE TO THE ABBREVIATED TIMELINE FOR THE FIRST TASK ORDER (PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE 10 SEP 2010 TO 23 SEP 2010) THE DRAFT SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE FOR ASSEMBLING QUOTE PACKAGE. The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to provide Tractor/Trailer Rental for Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, in accordance with the projects specifications, solicitation and contract documents. Lease requirements will include UP TO: six (6) tractors, four (4) 53' vans, three (3) 48' flatbeds with retaining pins, one (1) 50 Ton lowboy, up to twenty-five (25) 48' storage trailers and up to fifteen(15) 48' refrigerated trailers. The period of performance is 1 September 2010 to 31 July 2011 with two (2) option periods. THE FIRST TASK ORDER FOR THIS CONTRACT WILL BE TWO (2) TRACTORS AND TWO (2) VAN TRAILERS FOR A TWO WEEK LEASE RENTAL WITH A PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE OF 10 SEPTEMBER 2010 TO 23 SEPTEMEBER 2010. THE AWARDEE MUST BE ABLE TO FULFILL THIS REQUIREMENT. This project is being set-aside for all responsible and responsive small business concerns under NAICS 532120 with a small business size standard of $25.5 million. All responsible and responsive small business sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by this agency. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13. The Request for Quotes will be available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 25 August 2010 and quotes will be due on or about 2 September 2010.
